Kulcha is a very popular north indian flat bread. Traditionally kulchas are made in a tawa or tandoor and served mostly with Chole or Matar. Kulchas are similar to naan, but the key difference between them is that a kulcha is made using maida or refined wheat flour. Kulchas can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. A kulcha makes a perfect combination when served with the traditional hot and spicy Pindi chole or Kala chana and Amritsari Chole. Serve kulchas with chole, chutney, pickle, jam, and relish eating.
